Hi Richard,
Right-click on the font file and left-click Install. If you don't have an Install menu choice, copy the font file into this folder:

c:\Windows\Fonts

Ah, ok, I found the right click via google, there is no install. I’ll move it to that folder.

That should work. And here's another way:

Right-click font file
Open with > Windows Font Viewer
Install button

Btw, the reason that you don't have an Install context menu pick is probably because some other program (such as IrfanView) owns the TTF file extension.
