USB install drive 6:05 MB is downloaded to ~/Applications folder

There is no response from ‘Command (⌘)+Q’ that is, no ‘installer’ shown (Where?)

My goal is to :create “a bootable Mojave 10.14 USB Install Drive.

I have prepared [formatted] 16GB flash drive to use here…

Command I shows: MOJAVE BOOT volume, 16 GB MOS-DOS (FAT32)

If command q does not work.  Start Activity Monitor.app, search for he Installler and click on the X in the top left to quit it.  If it's not running, you have nothing to quit.

The installer is normally downloaded to your /Applications/ folder.
