Cannot connect to vCenter Single Sign-On server

Hi,

I am trying to access VCenter using  root account  on VSpeher web Client and getting this error  

Cannot connect to vCenter Single Sign-On server.  doing some research on vmware KB   where is it suggested to check the services are running for vsphere web client.

I access the Vcenter using SSH connection and checked the all required service are running.

Please can any  VM expert help to fix this problem.

Are you using the correct?

Administrator@vsphere.local is often the super user account

Root is often an account for direct connection to ESXi

Andrew,

thanks for your response, Yes I tried using the Administrator@Vsphere.local account and through the same error but later I SSH V center using Root to check all the Service and all are in running state. Do  you think its certificate issue ?

cannot see anything in your question about the error.
What is the error message ? any screenshot ?
