I am using VS2019 community on both my Windows 10 PC and on Azure. On my PC I can open and amend and re-build my C# ASP.NET project. However on Azure when i change and attempt to build /re-build my solution it freezes and the only way to exit is to kill the MSBuild job. <br />

I have no idea why the same project behaves differently on Windows 10 PC to Azure. How can I determine what is causing VS2019 community to freeze in Azure. Any help/pointers would be much appreciated.<br />
