Local and Group policy management exisits in administrative tools in Windows Server 2012. &nbsp;It is group policy I needed, not local. &nbsp;Once Paul got me in the right direction wheras you cannot make changes in Local Policies I was able to add the groups I needed. &nbsp;Sometimes you need a good kick to get started; I was not thinking clearly. &nbsp;TY Paul
