Skype for businesses meeting attendees unable to join when they are travelling
Skype for Bossiness 2015 environment.
Users are unable to join meeting when they are travelling and see the error as shown below:
On the Edge server all services are running except the Skype Audio/Video Authentication service.
When I start the service it says that the service started and then stop and that some services do that.
Should this service be in running state?
We had a cert expired on this server and was replaced.
Users are saying issue started after that.
On the Edge server I see some of these errors:
"A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. This may result in termination of the connection. The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 10. The Windows SChannel error state is 1200."
But this error has been therein the past.
How can I test the meeting connectivity with powershell or otherwise.
And what else can I look for?

Does the new Certificate has a new CA. If yes check if there are no Intermediate CA's sitting in the root CA store. It's causing issues if the certs are not placed on correct store. About Powershell you could use Test-CSAVConference

Go to More -- > Settings --> Voice Settings --> choose Cellular. In the Meetings screen choose Join Meeting.
Skype for Business will request a call-back from the conference call server. You will be connected to the meeting audio when you answer the incoming call.
