Requested federation realm object does not exist

Hi Experts,

we have got a new email domain because of company changes.
Email is working but skype not.

The error is :
Requested federation realm object 'user@domain.de' does not exist...

Do you have an idea ?
Domain is added to O365 Portal.

I did this quite long time ago ... but did you added the new sip to all the users ?
Also some domain txt record should have been added to O365 in order for Skype to work ?

This article might help you :

ASKER

yes we have

Do we need some internal DNS settings ?
No, internal DNS should be no issue , but yes, some TXT record should be added on the external DNS.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/dns/create-dns-records-using-windows-based-dns?view=o365-worldwide

See the "Add a record to verify that you own the domain, if you haven't already".
ok this is done.

nslookup to
lyncdiscover.domain-industry.com

is working.
