Help extend data points in the chart on an odd ppt slide

I have this odd ppt slide which a previous expert help me
extend an additional month's data plotting on the chart:

Now I face a similar issue in that the Spam & Malware lines
could not be extended till the month of September while
the red line in the chart could.

Attached the ppt file: appreciate if anyone can fix it &
attach back here in EE & also describe the steps taken
to fix this.

Right-click on the chart to 'Edit Data' to see the populated
data.
