If files are large, stick the on a separate host name, where large files (audio, video, pdf, etc...) are outside your WordPress directory. This will allow for faster/smaller backups.

I need a file web storage system that can be accessed with a simple login password to access files for a charity club instruction. &nbsp; It will be confusing to the membership if an app has to be installed and setup. &nbsp;This should function like a web site with an Internet address and password access. &nbsp; &nbsp;Read only would be &nbsp;good. &nbsp;But I can write protect the files if this option is not available. &nbsp;The files will be used for instruction.
