task manager status shows this service &quot;Starting&quot; even after reboot. 
 
There are two Event Viewer errors when stopping and restarting this service: 
 
&nbsp; Event Error 1. 
Description: 
Service cannot be started. System.ApplicationException: Failed to start java Service. 
&nbsp; &nbsp;at ShunraBootstrapperService.JavaStarter.StartService() 
&nbsp; &nbsp;at ShunraBootstrapperService.BootstrapperService.OnStart(String[] args) 
&nbsp; &nbsp;at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback(Object state)

Virtualization is the act of creating a virtual (rather than actual) version of something, including (but not limited to) a virtual computer hardware platform, operating system (OS), storage device, or computer network resources.
