The only question that remained was why doesn't the GAL just show up in the contacts as an option. &nbsp;It seems like you have to add it through the address book manually which to me seems cumbersome.

In office 365, if I enter a phone number into a users profile in the admin portal, how can other users in the organization find that phone number from their outlook clients on their desktop? &nbsp;Isn't there a way to make use of the profile entries so that others in the organization can see these types of details?

Seeing profile phone numbers in Office 365
