Any font that puts a slash through the zero would be satisfactory.  If necessary, take standard Arial, use a font editor on it, and put a slash through the zero yourself, then write the font back.

The OCR fonts are acceptable for this purpose but are not pleasing to the eye.  Of the two, OCR-B is more pleasing to the eye but the distinction between O and zero is not pronounced.

My suggestion would be to make the number distinct from the letters; maybe a different colour or size. if not then use;

Goudy Bookletter 1911
