Notes view : Categorized text list values
I have documents which have a text list filed. For example, the field has the next value.
Document A
"apple", "banana", "orange"
Document B
"apple", "banana", ""watermelon"
Document C
"apple", "grape", "orange"
In this case, I'd like to see the data in view as below.
"Apple"
DocumentA
DocumentB
DocumentC
"Banana"
DocumentA
DocumentB
"Grape"
DocumentC
"Orange"
DocumentA
DocumentC
"Watermelon"
DocumentC
I thought I could do by categories. I put a column for the text list field at the left of the view and set a property 'show mutiple values as separate entries' , and then set 'Categorized'. However only the first text of the text list appears in 'Categories' and can't get the expected result as I wrote above.
How can I get the upper view?

And you're sure that these fields are indeed multi-value fields? Did you inspect them using the Document Properties box? This should work, and selecting "show multiple values..." shouldn't be necessary, for it's a categorized column.
