Error with Calendar Item

So I have an exchange issue with user .  She can't input a meeting into a calendar that she has access to.   We have tried everything from our end removing the profile reloading.   This is on prem exchange.   We are currently migrating users to the cloud.   Any idea how to fix this issue?   This is for an executive so I have to set this to high.

Thanks for the update. In future, if you have such issue, there are two fix, first is permission issue to check, if permissions are correct, then download OAB. 99% it fixes the issue.
