Is it possible the other browsers have had their language support changed from English to something else?

Please type the first letters on your keyboard (q-w-e-r-t-y-…) and share a screenshot of what the browsers get.

Extensions -
FIREFOX: LastPass, in My Pocket, IoBit Surfing Protection (disabled)

CHROME: Lastpass, Adobe Acrobat, Zone Alarm, Docs, Sheets, Slides

EDGE still works - no issue

It's obvious that most letters arrive as expected.
So while it's not clear, why it works in some browsers, it should be looked at the letters/numbers that come in incorrectly. You will see that these sit on keys that have maybe a label that shows different letters/characters which can be activated using the function keys or numlock or CAPS-Lock. Please verify that.

Not a true assumption. For same browsers QWERTY pattern randomly changes for all characters, sometime numeric and/or special characters

Randomly? Oh.
Could you start these browsers without extensions, please?
Could you also start windows in safe mode (press shift while clicking on restart to get the advanced start options that include safe mode)?
Paul MacDonaldDirector, Information Systems

Commented:
Since the browsers work in their respective safe modes, this has to be an extension/add-in issue or simply a corruption issue.

I would turn off LastPass (as it's common to both the problem browsers) and see if that helps.  You may want to uninstall/reinstall just to be thorough.  Whatever you do, make sure you know your master password.

If that has no effect, I would uninstall all the other extensions and test again.
