How Migrate Azure resources from Customer Enterprise Agreement (Classic mode) to an Azure CSP(Azure Cloud Solution Provider)

We have few subscriptions (EA) in azure all are in Classic mode.
Requirement: - Migrating Azure resources from Customer Enterprise Agreement (Classic mode) to an Azure CSP(Azure Cloud Solution Provider)

1, We Need to migrate these resources from classic to ARM and ARM to CSP
2, What is the best method to migrate the VM’s from Classic to ARM and ARM to CSP.
3, What are the prerequisites we need verify while migrating.
3, is there any Down time involved while migrating azure resources from Classic to ARM and ARM to CSP.
4, if I have four VMs with 1TB virtual disk, how much time it will take to migrate from Classic to ARM and ARM to CSP.
5, Can i migrate VPN Gateway without down time from Classic to ARM and ARM to CSP.
6, is there any limitations to migrate classic to CSP and ARM TO CSP.

as said in the article mentioned below "It's impossible to just convert Traditional Azure Subscription or Azure EA Subscription to CSP, because these types of subscriptions are different. There is no simple "switch". You need to move resources from source subscription (Traditional or EA) to destination subscription (CSP). This is a manual process, and this blog will help you to get through."
