Just moved over to a new office computer and I asked my IT department to install WMP keys for windows media player which allows me to use short cuts to increase/decrease speed of MP3 recordings and jump back and forth in time increments.<br />

Problem is every time the thin client PC is restarted, the WMP keys plugin disappears. &nbsp;Also the playback speed setting in the menu is permanently greyed out. &nbsp;Any ideas?
