I have Outlook 2019 or something like that on my mac.

1. Is there a way of downloading only the 600 specific emails from my gmail account which has some unique label or is from:companyname.com or To:companyname.com ?

2. Do I use IMAP or pop (I would not want the original emails on the server to be deleted or changed in anyway

3. How then to multiple select emails in outlook and export with headers to MS Word

gmail's labels are not folders.. you have to download them all after setting up outlook to a .pst file.. there you can do whatever ..

The word document is stored as Base64 within the body of your mail,
Just copy that part and de code that.

David,

So it’s all or none?  there’s no way of saying download emails received after a certain date or emails which match a specific email address?

Theo,
I have 600 emails in which I need the headers as well as body of the email.  I’m trying to avoid copying and pasting individually into MS Word.

Yes it can be done, we use a tool that contains an eMail poller, that returns the complete mail i an XML message,
but it need some programming to define what to do with it.

Ok but I have no idea what you're actually asking me to do....you've just made a passing comment with no actual steps to do anything.

Do I use imap or pop to download the mails to Outlook to do this?
I cant risk losing or doing anything to the originals on the server.
