Planning to upgrade RHEL from 7.5 to 7.7 on several servers. &nbsp;Listed below are the main OS services &amp;&nbsp;programs being used. &nbsp;I would like to know if there are any known upgrade issues for these as well as any general issues to look out for during the upgrade. &nbsp;Also could you verify that the RHEL 7.5 glibc and kernel versions would be. &nbsp;I need to know this to verify that our database will run properly.<br />

RHEL 7.5 to 7.7 Upgrades

Linux is a UNIX-like open source operating system with hundreds of distinct distributions, including: Fedora, openSUSE, Ubuntu, Debian, Slackware, Gentoo, CentOS, and Arch Linux. Linux is generally associated with web and database servers, but has become popular in many niche industries and applications.

Operating systems perform basic tasks, such as recognizing input from the keyboard, sending output to the display screen, keeping track of files and directories on the disk, and controlling peripheral devices such as disk drives and printers. For large systems, the operating system makes sure that different programs and users running at the same time do not interfere with each other.
