Am I inside a VM ? How to know?

Hello Experts

How can I identify if I am working inside a VM?
considering that I may very well be inside with administrative privilege ?

I need to be able to prove beyond any doubt that I am inside or not a remote VM.

Regards,

inside this supposedly virtual machine working with windows 2012 R2

Please see the attachment.
Is this prove its a WM ? Irrefutable?
