Problem looks to be CloudFlare.<br />

Visiting your site with a browser works.<br />
<br />
Using any non-browser tool (curl, WebPageTest) all return 200 with no content.<br />
<br />
So... either your site code (which is custom code, so anyone's guess how this might work) or CloudFlare is broken.<br />
<br />
Debugging will start by removing CloudFlare as currently all your testing is only testing CloudFlare (not your site), so no way to determine if problem is your site our CloudFlare.<br />
<br />
Once CloudFlare is completely removed, then do your testing with WebPageTest looking at your Apache logs.
