vCenter 6.5 can not export OVF template
Dear All,
I have a vcenter 6.5 and I was trying to export the OVF out from one vm, but it doesn't allow me to click on it, I have tried using IE or Chrome, its still the same, any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Use VMware Converter, to create a copy, for export.
OVF does not work very well....!!!

VMware vcenter converter tool right ? I checked that I need to power off the vm in order to convert, does it has a simple document showing how to do ?
You can convert live, e.g. powered on.

I agree that the converter tool is much better than making a template. I just assumed since you were trying to create an OVF, that is what you wanted to do.

I have also come across this when a VM is connected to a physical DVD drive. Also once when there were snapshots, although I've exported snapshot VMs most of the time with no trouble.
