Outlook deletes Auto-Complete Data

I am running Office 365 on my Windows 10 laptop.   I have the "Auto-Complete" option checked in my Options under Mail.  The Auto-Complete works fine, but every time I close down and restart Outlook it seems to automatically empty the Auto-Complete data ... and I need to manually re-enter the email addresses again (just once).  I can't find any setting that tells it to empty the Auto-Complete when Outlook shuts down.  This never used to happen.  Please help.

Thanks,

Phil

I'm not aware of any such setting. Check for add-ins that might be interfering, also try temporary disabling any mobile devices on which the same mailbox is configured.

Thanks.  How do I check for add-ins?
Check where your data file is stored, same .

Check %userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook

Note this is temporary location  depending rosming/folder redirection.... might explain..

.ost file I think.
Add-ins are listed under File -> Options -> Add-in. A quick way to check whether an add-in might be causing this is to run Outlook in safe mode, either hold the CTRL key while launching Outlook or type 'Outlook /safe' in the run box.
The only add-ins are from Microsoft.  Can they be the culprit?
