You haven't told us what symptoms you're experiencing.

@Paul has a good point, how are we going to assist if you haven't told us anything about the error that you are experiencing. Some Screenshots and Event Log entries would be very helpful in this situation along with a brief synopsis of the process you have performed.

Please tell us
the process you are using to prep it,
the process you intend to follow to image,
and
the errors you are seeing when you follow your process.

If it is a new system then reinstall it.

I'm using Symantec Management Console to upload the image for deployment. There is no error... instead it gets hung up on the sysprep step that has worked fine many time before with Windows 10 images.
when you say "hung up" does it time out? does it freeze the screen?
try this and give me the results of it :
If I had to bet you have exceeded your rearm count..
please review the following article.

1 Click “Start Menu”
2 Input “slmgr.vbs -dlv” in the Search Box and press Enter
3 After a few seconds, you will see a screenshot

To answer Sean Bravener's question it just sits there and nothing really happens after that point

My response to noxcho answer is this the second reference image and I built it on a complete different brand new Dell workstation
Doesn't look like Rearm is the issue, have you tried calling Symantec's tech support group?
the number is 1 800 342 0652
