IMPERSONATION Issue

Hi Experts,

I have two servers running Exchange 2016 and Exchange2019.
All mailboxes and public folder on the EX2019.

Question: Is Impersonation working with EX2019 ?
Because on my end not or I have something forgotten within the upgrade.
Any Ideas ?

When I test with EWS-Editor, IMPERSONATION is working to the EX2016 but not to the EX2019.

How u r differentiating that it is working in 2016 and not working in 2019?

Can u pls share the screen capture of working and non working.. hiding confidential information?

With EWS Editor I can check Impersonation to the regular link, the new EXCH2019.
But this will not work.
So I have changed the link to the old EXCH2016, just changed the IP in the link.

Service health of Exchange 2019 is fine ? Run the command Test-ServiceHealth

Test the web services Connectivity using below command

Test-WebServicesConnectivity -ClientAccessServer Exchange2019ServerName
