Dropdown not working in navigation menu

http://146.66.113.175/~techgard/  the dropdowns in the menu aren't working. If I disable elementor pro, they come back. If I enable elementor pro, the whole menu disappears, so I built a template with Elementor pro and inserted it. But now the dropdowns won't work.

I disabled most of the plugins, and no change. I didn't disable the theme, because several people are working on the site, I didn't want to mess anyone up.

Most recent version of wordpress, plugins are all up to date, I've deleted any we are not using, and our theme is Gridlabs. Any ideas? Thanks.

I did, but they are slow getting back, so I thought I'd try here too.
Ok in the console you have a cors cross origin error

DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin "https://app.captainform.com" from accessing a cross-origin frame.
    at https://app.captainform.com/js-form-i-username-1289511.html?_docRef_=http%3A%2F%2F146.66.113.175%2F~techgard%2F&_frmRef_=http%3A%2F%2F146.66.113.175%2F~techgard%2Fsolutions%2F:137:15

so chance that this cause the error and block your script and the error can cause issue to other Javascript of the page

Right... so here: http://146.66.113.175/~techgard/products/ I have the same dropdown issue, but no DOM error. However I'll still look into that error, so thanks again.

I'm pretty sure that error is because we have captain form on multiple sites, and we are using forms that are set up for the live site, techgardens.com. Once we make this site live, those errors should disappear.
Ok the error occurs on page that have submenus items so solutions and service you have the error not on others page.

you have a tilde ~ in your ahref that may cause the issues ~techgard/
some javascript don't play well wil special characters
href="http://146.66.113.175/~techgard/services/design-and-engineering/

So you will need to escape the tilde to make it work ok
of change it to html unicode https://www.w3schools.com/charsets/ref_utf_math.asp

and if i go to a page from the console it display css code on the page

http://146.66.113.175/~techgard/services/design-and-engineering/
/* End custom CSS */ /* Start custom CSS for html, class: .elementor-element-72afa3c */

I found that the submenu works when I remove the tilde from the menu items. But now it's dropping down behind the header. I tried changing the z-index, no luck so far. Working with hosting to see if we can remove that tilde.
ok I'm glad this fix the problem.

when this is going to be remove you will be able to fix the z-index easily

Thanks, a number of links in the database were using the techgardens.com url, clearning that out did the trick.
