I want to build a WPF .Net Core application an I want to include the .dot net framework so “everything” is self contained. So I can run side by side and not have to distribute he framework as a seperate package. Sorry can remember the feature name.<br />

My question is how to do that an enable it with Visual Studio 2019.<br />

Also will this work with a Windows 7 target as well?<br />
