None of the Internet browsers is able to launch
I have Windows 10 on my Laptop. Recently I am experiencing issue with Internet Browsers unable to launch (Chrome , FireFox, Internet Explorer).
Initially I thought downloading AVG anti Virus and Malwarebytes were the cause of this issue, but even after I have gone and removed them, the issue is still not resolved.
I tried to restore the system to previous versions, but I do not see a very old date. the oldest version is 9/20/2019, I went ahead and restored the system to that date version, but it is still has not resolved the issue.
I do not have Windows 10 DVD, I remember it was a free upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10.
I am not sure if there is a way to repair the OS. I am writing this question from another computer as my laptop cannot launch any internet Browser.
Any Assistance will be very much appreciated.
Thank you.

Have the Windows event logs been reviewed (Application log)?
ASKER
systemreset -cleanpc
I used the command line above to reset the System... though it removed all the applications that have been installed

Side note:
When one browser is unable to launch, something whispers "virus?"
When all browsers are unable to launch, that something screams "VIRUS!"
In this situation I'd erase the drive completely and reload Windows from scratch.
