SCCM Does not Discover Computers non joined to the domain

SCCM Does not Discover Computers  non joined to the domain

I am using a Lab with one domain controller and SCCM server both joined to the Domain, and windows 7  not joined to the Domain

I can discover the Domain Controller and SCCM server itself, but not the Windows 7 computer that is not joined to the Domain

Any idea ?

Thank you

the non-domain joined computer is in the same subnet as the one displayed on the screenshot

its IP address 192.168.254.130 and the Firewall is disabled and can ping from the computer to SCCM and Back

Do you see the start and stop status message for network discovery ?
Netdisc.log in SCCM \Logs directory is worth a look

in logs Directory , there is no Netdisc.log file

I mean in this location :

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs
Hm I don't know what's causing this. Here's the list of log files

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/plan-design/hierarchy/log-files#BKMK_MPLog

The log file is on the site server:

netdisc.log    Records Network Discovery actions.  Site server

I 've never used Network Discovery. So I only thought its using ping to scan a network, but it's not.
What I saw in the document means it's using DHCP or SNMP to query for clients. If both not available you can enable network browsing.
