Randomly error with outlook opening for all users with Exchange 2016

Hello,

Sorry for my english, im from France.
I m coming to you today with a trouble in my environnement with exchange and outlook. Briefly I randomly have a message from outlook "cannot start microsoft outlook. cannot open the outlook window. the set of folders cannot be opened..."

My environment in details.

i actually used an Exchange 2016 Version 15.1 ‎(Build 1779.2)‎ on Windows 2016 Standard. This problems happened to all my user who work on Outlook 2016 full update on RDS Server Windows 2016 standard or with oulook 2016 on Windows 10 last update.
I ve an active directory on a third server with Windows 2016 Standard. All that servers are VM who worked on ESX 6.5 and there are all on the same physical server.

We already try to make new profile, start outlook in safe mode. and disable all addons.
We try to deploied a new VM with only RDS Services and outlook. We had the same issue.

I dont know if it could be link but i can't have any BPA on my exchange server. I ve the error “Online - Cannot get BPA results".
I ve also this message in event ID : "application pools must be configure as pool identity" and i ve this message for all my application pools which are confgirued by default.

At least when i ve the message on my outlook; I can show this logs in my event ID. But i can't find anything about them (sorry its in french) on the RDS server.

Thanks for your help i ve actually no more ideas.

You are able to access the mailbox in OWA \ Web mail?

yes inside my organisation and outside my organisation.
i checked today if i  ve more log to give to you. But i can't see anything.

Hello we try this forum for My technicien team and have no answer from 5 day. Maybe we are not on the good place, we reach expert advise and solve problem quickly. Best  regard’s Nicolas
Try to isolate the problem by uninstalling the recent updates.
We are technicien and the problem are not Link whit the update
Pls wait for other support person to check this issue
