Other than Citrix OR Windows AD Group Policies, can we create any such rules for enabling "clipboard mappling"?
We don't have any third party applications like AppSense.

Using the policy in Citrix Studio is I think the best option.

2. Again.. I'm not clear what you are asking for. WEM is available for Enterprise & Platinum (not Standard)... I don't think there is anything clipboard related in WEM..
