What do you mean by importing a calendar into Word 2016?

You want to display a monthly view of your calendar inside Word 2016?

Yes, I want to display a monthly view of my Outlook calendar inside of a Word document
I did a Google search on "export Outlook calendar to Word" and got many results.  This was the first one:

The link sent me to some solutions and I didn't know it could be done via one note. This helped me solve the issue.
Of course you can insert a calendar (Arshad, you are having a really bad day today!!).  Arshad works for Microsoft, he is supposed to know that Word has a Calendar template as one of its templates!!

However, the Word template is useless: it's just a table: you need to type everything yourself.

On the other hand, Excel offers a Calendar template. You can make one of those, then copy the month you want and paste it into the document. That template makes 12 months of calendars in a single shot.

Or:  I made this one, which gives you "next" month each time you open it: https://www.systoolsgroup.com/updates/learn-effective-methods-to-convert-outlook-calendar-to-word/
In each case, you can change the formatting of the calendar to suit yourself, provided that you do not change the number formatting of the cells containing the dates.

One final thought:  don't push your luck in Word: it does not have Publisher's abilities, and it will start crashing on you if you push it too hard.  Have a look at Apple's Pages, which came free with your Mac.  That does a very nice job of this kind of thing.

Hope this helps
