Adobe Acrobat 17 EULA will not Pop up

We are trying to install Adobe Acrobat 17 on certain employees computers. The install will complete after putting in the serial number. But once you try to launch the application it pops up for a moment and closes out. At this time the EULA is supposed to pop up and accept it. But it does not. So the software is in a forever state of opening and closing and not allowing us to accept the EULA. I have tried running it as an administrator and this still happens. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds as though the install us incomplete. What is reflected in the application log?
Why not deploy the app with the serial in place?
How would the user cone into the pi session of the serial number?
The best practice to deploy it in organization is to use customization wizard and specify all options, one of which is to suppress EULA. See https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/deploying-acrobat.html

@Vadim Rapp thank you so much! This was extremely helpful. I did create a custom package and the install went through with the serial number and the EULA accepted already but when you open the app it immediately closes. It pops open for just a split second. So I'm still back to the same situation as I was before unfortunately.

@Arnold thanks for helping me out again! Where would these logs be located at so I can view them to see what went wrong?
