Prefix a word in the Subject on Apple mail and Outlook
Dear Experts,
I would like to know , if there is any option available on Outlook client and Apple Mail, to create a custom button to prefix a word in the subject, when the user clicks on the button.
Thanks
Krish

Doesn't exist on Outlook or Mac Mail on OSX.
The only option I can think of is a scriptable system tool like
Hammerspoon : https://www.hammerspoon.org/
Keyboard Maestro - http://www.keyboardmaestro.com/main/
Quickeys - http://startly.com/products/quickeys/mac/4/
You could create a keyboard shortcut which would locate the Subject input box and prepend the text you require

If the mailbox is in Exchange Server or Office 365, you can create a Transport Rule to Prepend a word in Subject for a specific recipient. To make make it more simple, you can create a Rule like, if the sender is this person.. and the subject contains a word like confidential.. and then take an action with prepend the subject as "Super" then the recipient will receive the email subject as Super Confidential.
