the google search results when in normal mode and incognito mode will always be different.  The results from one query to another may also be different.

No.  There is something more going on.  Google have changed something.

It's not ads or promotion links, all are your searched query result but the change is when you search any query by your local IP address its shown result with the website favicon image and breadcrumb and rating schema.

I’ve read that Google has now done away with ads on the right side and including snippet changes so that they are incorporated into the link results so natural search results are now pushed further down or onto the next page.  this is bad news if true.

Tip: When monetizing sites, tool around paid + direct (type in) traffic.

Never tool around SEO, as Google is always changing the rules.

Relying on Google to generate income, is same as relying on any 3rd party for your money, likely you'll go broke.
