HOW TO CONFIGURE IP CAM TO SKYPE FOR VIDEO CHAT
sir i am trying to use my cc cam as a web cam to chat in skype i tried so many thing but ultimately i have failed
my cc cam model no is digisoL DG-SC6260N IT IS AN IP BASED CC CAM CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE SOLUTION

Steps...
1) Get your IP camera connected to your machine where Skype is running.
You must be able to access your camera feed before you can use the camera with Skype.
2) Now look under Skype -> Preferences -> Audio/Video.
If your IP Camera has a standard driver, then you'll seed your Camera in the selectable list for video input devices.
If your IP Camera has a non-standard driver, you won't see it in the list of selectable video input devices.
If your IP Camera doesn't show up, you can contact your Camera manufacturer for a possible solution.
And, likely solution will be you must get purchase a different Camera, which is compatible with Skype.

In general, they discourage the use of IP cameras for two-way conferencing. They don't seem to be supported in general, but even if they were, there are delays in processing the images that may make them a poor choice.
