HyperV Guests Slow and Random Disconnects (Cant Reconnect)

Hyper-v Guests sluggish, random disconnects, high cpu (after September 23rd, 2019 update)

Host: Windows 2016 Server Stnd
Guests: Windows 10 Pro (6 guests)
Ram (16GB Each)
Everything is up to date; windows patches, we have removed antivirus and security tools, we still have these random issues.
Users can connect, if they get disconnected (RDP) they cant connect and we have to reset the vm.

Can someone help me here? Please and thank you :P

McKnife,
Thank you for your comment, I have applied your fix to one of my vms who reported the issue a few times yesterday, I will let you know if this does it. I do not see dwm.exe running at all when the vm shows high cpu.
Have you tried disabling Aero?

I've had similar issues but on VMware not Hyper-V. I disabled the aero mouse too, that made a big difference.
Does the host have Broadcom Gigabit NIC ports? If yes, then Virtual Machine Queues needs to be disabled for each port at the driver level. The How-To is in the Best Practices article linked below.

I have two very thorough EE articles on all things Hyper-V:

@McKnife, so far, this one user has not complained today; so we keep on monitoring it. If this resolves it we will proceed to move on to making the changes to the remaining vms. Once again, thank you for the fix. I will confirm in a few days if this resolves it.

Everyone else commenting, I appreciate the time you all take to comment and provide alternative solutions.

Gracias,
Mr. McKnife, thank you for your help here.
