If you have <b><a href="https://www.petenetlive.com/KB/Article/0001511" rel="ugc">Veeam you can use that</a></b>? As Andrew mentions I've had some success with disk2vhd, or you can convert via PowerShell or the (now defunct MVMC) I only mention the mvmc because it puts in all the correct Powershell plugins to convert from vmdk to vhd/vhdx<br />
