Don't Uninstall and then install. (this will remove the organization from the AD, and will bring a nightmare for you) :)<br />

I have an Exchange 2013 hybrid server. I have completed the mailboxes migration to Office 365. After three months there &nbsp;is no problem. I would like to decommission the physical server and replace it with an Exchange 2016 hybrid server. Could I add a different MRS Proxy Address to the new server? From my understanding this can be done, as long as I add a cert with that name and also include that cert in the old server. Should I expect any impact with that new configuration or even after the old server is removed? Thank you for your feedback.
