Limit certains domain users from copying documents from the Server?

I want to limit certain users from being able to "copy" files/folders from the Server to there local C Drive / USB drive / CD drive / DVD drive, etc.

Note:  The same domains users should be able to create/modify/delete those same files/folders on the Server.

I am running Windows 2016 Server Standard along with Active Directory, etc.

How are you going to keep them from emailing them, either through your own email system or through Yahoo, Gmail, etc?  From uploading them to web sites that allow you to so - places like DropBox, OneDrive, and other?

I'm not saying you shouldn't protect your data, but this is a bit like locking the doors and leaving the Windows wide open on the first floor.

You can disable writing to USB and CD - I have an article on this:

If people want to take the information, they will.  You can make it more difficult - but everyone walks around with camera!
