How are you going to keep them from emailing them, either through your own email system or through Yahoo, Gmail, etc? &nbsp;From uploading them to web sites that allow you to so - places like DropBox, OneDrive, and other?<br />

I'm not saying you shouldn't protect your data, but this is a bit like locking the doors and leaving the Windows wide open on the first floor.<br />
