Sharepoint 2010 Foundation - Selector dropdown based on prior dropdown

I have a Sharepoint 2010 Foundation website. I am using as a calendar and I have form that data is entered and saved. I want to have a dropdown that filter the next dropdown the populates the 3rd field.

Example:
CAR        CHEVY       USA
CAR        FORD         USA
CAR        BMW          GERMANY
BIKE        MOPED      NONE
BIKE        PEDDLE     NONE

The first dropdown has only CAR and BIKE. I select CAR then the next dropdown has CHEVY and FORM and BMW. I select BMW then the 3 box will auto populate GERMANY
(note the 3rd box can just be a dropdown with single selection if needed - not need to autopopulate)

I just need to know if I can do this with Sharepoint 2010 Foundation

This can not be done in SharePoint using out of the box functionality.

Thank you. That is what I thought.
Possible add-on purchase that you know?
There are ways to do this with custom coding, using jQuery and other methods, just not out of the box. I will look through my notes and see if I have anything on the topic.

Have a good one...
