Emails missing in Outlook but not in Outlook Web App

Hello,

I have emails being shown in Outlook WEB App but not in my Outlook.  I have removed all my Outlook rules but the issue still happens.  

Please advise what could be wrong.

ok,

Is this on exchange or something else?

Have you tried recreating your outlook profile, if you have does the issue remain?

If you are connected to Exchange and using Cached Exchange Mode, you can delete the OST file and Outlook will re-create it.  No need to re-create the profile.

Find it here: %APPDATA%\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

ALWAYS make a backup!
