This IPAD is in a corp environment and since the upgrade they are unable to scroll on a site they use. &nbsp;That's all I can say. &nbsp;I've restored it back to the original configuration and then back to 13. &nbsp;I just wanted to go back to 12. I have another IPAD exactly like this one only with 12.4 is it possible to back that up and restore it to this IPAD?

You can't say much more, I understand because of the corporate rules. But are you able to install another browser like Brave or FireFox and check whether that site is usable then?
