Installing Hyper V server 2019 at Dell Power Edge 2019
Hi,
Finally, My Dell Power Edge R 510 is running Windows Server 2019 (actually, it is a straight forward installation).
Now, I want to install VM machines in this server.
As Dell Server, my experience in VM machine is also limited.
Can somebody direct me what would I do to create the Hyper V server 2019?
Thanks,
tjie

You have to add the hyper-v role. How is your storage?

How far have you gotten?
Have you looked at hyper-v requirements, general practices?

Please clarify, what kind of San?
On the host you need to use the iscsi initiator administrative tool if your connection is iscsi (over Ethernet)
If you gave FC connections, you need to add hba driver and then add San related tools.
Allocate the LUN//s to the hba/s.....
You are modifying your question with additional info.
To respond to questions we need full info as unlike people on site who can go and check things out, we can not.

The existing SAN are as the followings:
1) Dell MD3200
There are 12 SAS Hard drives
2) Dell Power Vault 124 T
I make a sketch of the FRONT and BACK of the above devices; some photos (Please see the attachment)
One port (which I put as “ X “); I do not know what it is; it looks like “a fiber connection”
