Outlook 2010 Always Prompts to enter Password
Hi,
I need help with Outlook Password prompt issue!!
Outlook 2010 connected to Exchange Server 2010 always prompts to enter password whenever we restart the Outlook. It only happens on one user PC.
I tried performing the steps below but nothing works, when I restart my PC and open Outlook it again prompts me to enter password.
1. Cleared cached passwords.
2. Renamed Outlook .ost file.
3. Deselected the "Always prompt for logon credentials" check box.
4. Turned off Outlook Anywhere by unchecking "Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP"
5. Created New Profile in outlook.
Is there any other way that we can stop this happening?
