RDP disconnects every 30 seconds

I am having the issue that up to last week my remote employees were able to connect to the VPN and RDP into the office computers. However, as of this week, they are able to connect to the VPN but when the RDP the host computer continuously disconnects them and reconnected them every 30 seconds (again and again) constantly.
I thought it was related to the windows updates but I need assistance figuring out which update causes it and how to repair it.

The three updates install on all my PCs were "KB4512576, KB4516058, and KB4516115" I had attached a screenshot of the updates installed including the two extra updates that were installed on only four computers but they have not experienced the issue yet.

I have also started by deleting the updates one at a time to see if I can narrow it down and use the RDP again on my environment but with no luck.
I have uninstalled the KB4516115 which pretends to Flash and the issue continues.
I try to uninstall the KB4512576 but it does not allow me, there is no uninstall for it.
I uninstall the KB4516058 but a KB that this update superseded take is place and installs itself on the computer upon restart. And upon the restart, the issue continues.

Also, I forgot to mention on my question that most of my computers are windows 10 build 1803.
However, we are also experiencing the issue with some of the computers that are windows 10 1903.

make sure the issue is not that another user logs into the same computer which will kick the existing user off.

look at the security events.

Check to make sure the VPN does not drop during the same time frame/at the same interval.

use QOS to prioritize VPN traffic to eliminate saturation/disconnect of the VPN.
I don't think the issue is VPN because I found a workaround that is getting some of my users up in the meantime this issue is resolved. I found that if I download the Remote Desktop Application found in the Microsoft store users are able to connect and do not experience any disconnections. However, that is not a possibility for our environment since the Remote Desktop Application found in the Microsoft Store does not provide multimonitor support, nor does it provide printer redirection.
The most important part will be the multimonitor support as we work with some large Excel files that will require at the very least 2 monitors.
Dismissing the VPN as a possible contributor ..

try the following using mstsc reduce the amount of data being transmitted to use a lower bit 16 on the color from 32 as well as lower the connection rate instead of letting it detect
all available under options. Do your users attach their local resources to the session?

What is the available bandwidth at your location? How many users connect via VPN at the same time?

Do you currently monitor the bandwidth use of your external side ? often that is provided by the Provider where you could see the utilization......
