Barracuda Backup Fail.

We are having an issue with one of our server backups. when i contact Barracuda support they tell me they see two errors both on the Server one is VSS Writers failing but also there is what looks to be a windows restore partition that the backup agent is saying does not exist.
Here is what she sent me.

"VSS Writers failing"

I would suggest looking at the output of "vssadmin list writers" from an elevated command prompt

"windows restore partition"

I would suggest using diskpart to examine the partitions
