chkdsk keeps running in loop windows server sbs 2011

ChkDsk message prevents boot of sbs Server2011. upon booting  sbs 2011 chkdsk  keeps running in a loop how can I repair and then re image my system file without load os from scratch

I assume you have let it run though and complete. That would be the best choice and see if it goes away after that.

If you can get to the console in some way (safe boot might help), run regedit and find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager. Change the BootExecute entry from autocheck autochk * /p \??\C: autocheck autochk * to autocheck autochk *

So it does complete the scan or you are aborting it? Problem is if you are aborting, it will always keep trying to scan and really it's best to let it complete because there really could be a problem that needs to be fixed.
