Do you have any antivirus on your sever?
ASKER
we do even removing the antivirus it still creates the issue
Can you manually delete temp file after excel closing?
ASKER
no they will not remove im happy to show over teamviewer
Do you have any message when you manually delete temp file?
ASKER
it will not allow you to delete them
Silently, without any message? No actions when you try to delete file?
You need process monitor from Mark Russinovich:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon
Run it on server , untich all show items except "Show file system activity:
, make full cycle - Open Excel, close it, try to delete file, then go to menu item Tools - File Summary - By Folder tab. In left pane find your file, double click on it and look at processes deals with file. You can save results in opened window and upload it for our analysis
