ASKER

we do even removing the antivirus it still creates the issue
Can you manually delete temp file after excel closing?
no they will not remove im happy to show  over teamviewer
Do you have any message when you manually delete temp file?
it will not allow you to delete them
Silently, without any message? No actions when you try to delete file?
You need process monitor from Mark Russinovich:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon
Run it on server , untich all show items except "Show file system activity:
User generated image, make full cycle - Open Excel, close it, try to delete file, then go to menu item Tools - File Summary - By Folder tab. In left pane find your file, double click on it and  look at processes deals with file. You can save results in opened window and upload it for our analysis
Yo have saved configuration, not data. Use File-Save:
User generated image
i have just rebooted server and files have dissaperd Very Strange will leave this open untill tomorrow thanks again
Have you tested these files from client or directly on server?
server side and client
It is strange. Look at events on your server, may be there is something unusual
its still doing it !1
the file is over 50mb so i cannot send it
You can upload it to any file share and put link here
what site  do you sugest
Google disk is good
i think carbonite back up is causing the temp files
