Yes, it is possible.

See below imageCustom Ribbon
Go to Excel Options, File > Options.

Use the buttons at the bottom right to create a new tab and group. Then use the "Choose commands from..." at the top left to show your Macros and use the Add>> button to move it across.

If you want to share the workbook with other users then I'm fairly sure that setting won't transfer with the workbook. I would use one of Ron de Bruin's examples
